Life can feel challenging, and it can be hard to notice and appreciate the positives sometimes. You might feel stuck, weighed down by worries you can’t quite see your way through, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be caught in patterns of unhelpful thinking or behaviour, unable to assert yourself at work, with friends, or in your relationship. Perhaps you are feeling held back by constant self-criticism. You may be navigating the grief of a life that hasn’t gone the way you hoped, struggling with low mood, or feeling hopeless about the future. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I’m here to offer a safe and supportive space to explore what’s on your mind, reconnect with yourself, and find a way forward that feels right for you. Collaboratively, we can work towards rediscovering a sense of hope and direction.
Some of challenges you may be experiencing that I work well with include limerence, relationship issues, low mood, confidence and self-esteem, loss, issues related to ageing and ageing milestones (30, 40, 50 etc.), peri-menopause and career pressures and transitions, I also offer specialist support to teachers and teaching assistants and you can find out more about how I can help and my fees on the ‘Services’ page.
I use an integrative approach, blending Gestalt and Psychodynamic therapy with elements of Person-Centred and CBT. This means I adapt my work to meet your individual needs, combining in-depth emotional exploration with practical tools for change. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounding – I aim to help you feel both supported and gently challenged, so you can make meaningful shifts in your life.
